Sandip Basu started his banking career with State Bank of India in 1986. Since then he has held senior positions at American Express Bank, Deutsch Bank, ICICI Bank and most recently Reliance Capital Ltd. He was instrumental in launching Reliance Money.

His areas of expertise include fund raising through the bond market, currency and interest rate risk management, securitisation with a view to ensuring balance sheet liquidity, credit derivatives and collateralized debt obligations. He has deep insights into the regulatory aspects in India and has wide ranging contacts with financing agencies, regulators, credit rating companies and economists.

Arun Chandrachud has significant experience in investment banking, venture capital investing, strategy and financial consulting and corporate finance. He started his career in the US in 1987 and worked there till the year 2000. Arun’s expertise is in Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Investments.

Arun was Director, Financial Services, at Ernst and Young, LLP, New York and handled assignments in financial, management, and strategy consulting. Previously, he worked with Koch Ventures, a venture capital firm, heading their investments in the Technology sector. He also worked with Koch Industries, the largest privately held firm in the US, in their Corporate Finance division, where he was involved in acquisition and divestitures.

Ajay S. Karkhanis is a management consultant with over 20 years of extensive and varied experience in project engineering, project financing and management consulting.

He has held senior positions at ICICI Limited where he was responsible for project assessment. He has sector expertise in chemicals and petrochemicals, synthetic fiber and textiles, automobiles and services industries. He also co-established the business consultancy division at ICICI. His expertise is in the areas of business strategy, value chain analysis & restructuring of underperforming assets. He has also developed strategies for turnaround of underperforming companies.
