Sunil Shirole has more than 22 years experience in Banking & Finance. He has previously worked with Citibank, Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank holding senior positions in corporate & investment banking, private banking and retail banking.
A Corporate Finance specialist, his areas of expertise include debt and equity syndication, credit analysis and transaction structuring. He is the Founder of YEN Management Consultants and conceptualized the India Private Equity Fair – India's first B2B platform in Private Equity.
He holds a BA (Eco) from the Fergusson College, Pune and an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Sunil is married with 2 children and is an avid weekend golfer.

Sandip Basu

Sandip Basu started his banking career with State Bank of India in 1986. Since then he has held senior positions at American Express Bank, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank. Most recently he was instrumental in launching Reliance Money.
His areas of expertise include fund raising through the bond markets, currency and interest rate risk management, securitization, credit derivatives and CDO. He has deep insights into the regulatory aspects in India and has wide ranging contacts with financing agencies, regulators, credit rating companies and economists.
Sandip holds an M.A. (Honours) from BITS, Pilani. He is married with 2 school going sons and loves traveling to remote locations.

Surinder Mehra

Surinder Mehra has rich and varied experience of over 35 years in banking and finance. He has had long stints with the State Bank of India and Deutsche Bank where he held senior positions and led diverse businesses.
He has sectoral expertise in the telecoms, oil, gas and energy sectors and is an authority on trade finance, project finance, international banking and risk management. He has worked in several locations in India and Hong Kong. He is currently based in New Delhi.
He has been a Group Director at Claridges and Director Finance at a premier infrastructure consultancy firm. He holds an M.A. from St Stephen's, New Delhi and is a CAIIB.

S. Vaidyanathan

After starting his career with Tata Steel in 1977, S. Vaidyanathan successfully transitioned to banking holding senior positions with Citibank / Citigroup from 1986 to 2008 where he was responsible for Project Management, Asset Management of India Real Estate Investments.
He is an expert in Real Estate and is actively involved with overseeing the feasibility of projects, financial structuring and fund raising for clients. “Vaidy” as he is popularly called holds a B. Tech from IIT Chennai and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Based in Bangalore, Vaidy is an avid sportsman, plays a mean game of golf and is a competitive bridge player.

Satish Menon is a senior Corporate and Investment Banking professional with over 20 years experience in international banks. He has handled a wide spectrum of financial services including financial institutions, private equity, micro finance, trade finance and structured finance.
He has had successful stints with ING Vysya Bank, Deutsche Bank AG,ANZ Grindlays Bank, Bank of America and Pan Am Corporation, USA . Most recently, he was the Director and Regional CEO, South India for Barclay's Bank.
He holds a BA Eco. (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.

Ajay Karkhanis

Ajay S. Karkhanis is a management consultant with over 20 years of extensive and varied experience in project engineering, project financing and management consulting.
He has held senior positions at ICICI Limited and has sector expertise in chemicals and petrochemicals, synthetic fiber and textiles, automobiles and services industries. His expertise is in the areas of business strategy, value chain analysis & restructuring of under performing assets. In 1998, he co-founded Technology Network (India) Ltd (TechNet) along with Mr.N.Vaghul (Chairman of ICICI) and Dr. Ashok Ganguly (former Chairman of HLL). He is currently the Managing Director of TechNet.
Ajay is a chemical engineer from BITS Pilani and holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He has done advanced management programs at Stern School and Harvard.
