Sunil Shirole has more than 22 years experience in Banking & Finance. He has previously worked with Citibank, Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank holding senior positions in corporate & investment banking, private banking and retail banking.
A Corporate Finance specialist, his areas of expertise include debt and equity syndication, credit analysis and transaction structuring. He is the Founder of YEN Management Consultants and conceptualized the India Private Equity Fair – India's first B2B platform in Private Equity.
He holds a BA (Eco) from the Fergusson College, Pune and an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Sunil is married with 2 children and is an avid weekend golfer.

Sandip Basu

Sandip Basu started his banking career with State Bank of India in 1986. Since then he has held senior positions at American Express Bank, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank. Most recently he was instrumental in launching Reliance Money.
His areas of expertise include fund raising through the bond markets, currency and interest rate risk management, securitization, credit derivatives and CDO. He has deep insights into the regulatory aspects in India and has wide ranging contacts with financing agencies, regulators, credit rating companies and economists.
Sandip holds an M.A. (Honours) from BITS, Pilani. He is married with 2 school going sons and loves traveling to remote locations.

| Arun Chandrachud |

Arun Chandrachud has significant experience in investment banking, venture capital, strategy, financial consulting and corporate finance. His expertise is in Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Investments.
Arun was Director, Financial Services, at Ernst and Young, LLP, New York and has also worked with Koch Ventures, heading their investments in the Technology sector. Arun moved to India in the year 2000 as Chairman and MD of 3DI System (India) Pvt. Ltd. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an CFA (USA).

| Kashmira Bane
Associate Vice President Kashmira looks after private equity, debt syndication and transactions relating to Merger & Acquisitions. She has worked on several transactions in the logistics, housing finance, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing sectors. She is an Inter CA and holds an MBA (Finance) from MET Mumbai.
She has previously worked at chartered accountancy firms and has performed audit of corporate clients and treasury departments of various banks.

| Valmiki Khatri

Valmiki is a member of corporate finance advisory team and focuses on Private Equity and
M&A opportunities. He brings with him a combination of corporate finance, investment and
tax advisory experience. Previously, he has worked with KPMG and other accounting firms
where he advised companies in the Energy, Infrastructure, IT and Real Estate sectors.
Over the years, he has been instrumental and has gained solid experience in areas of fund
raising, capital structuring and strategic cross-border transactions.
Valmiki completed his MBA (with distinction) from the Warwick Business School, UK, with
emphasis on corporate finance and strategy. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant
from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's of Commerce
degree from the Mumbai University. Valmiki has interests in travelling, photography and
cricket.

Kedar Kingi

Kedar is part of Corporate Finance Advisory team focusing on Private Equity and M&A. He has expertise in the Healthcare, Lifestyle, Renewables and Manufacturing sectors. He has previously worked as an Analyst with UBS Investment Bank and was an integral part of the Retail Sector M&A team. He has strong experience in financial modeling and valuation.
He holds a MBF (Management of Business Finance) from Indian Institute of Finance (IIF), New Delhi.

Pratik Jain
Advisor, Funds Placement
Pratik has an extensive experience in placement of funds in the Alternative Investment industry. He has raised funds for Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds. Pratik has previously worked in Zurich and Munich with Moravia Capital – a leading Placement Agent in Europe. His experience also includes assignments at a major bank in Germany and at a leading asset management group in the USA.

Krupa Tanna

Krupa is responsible for developing channel partners at YEN. She is also involved with placement of international funds and is a key member of the education and health care teams.
