A. R. Barwe, Chairman
 
 
A well respected name in the Indian financial sector, Mr. Barwe has rich experience of over 4 decades in the area of banking and finance. Key positions held were as Managing Director & CEO of SBI Capital Markets, CFO of Infrastructure Development Finance Co. and Deputy Managing Director of State Bank of India. He was responsible for raising more than US$ 4.5 Billion under the Resurgent India Bond scheme.

He serves on the boards of several leading Indian companies and financial Institutions and has been associated with the Kotak Group, American Express, IL&FS Investmart, Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange, Yash Birla Group and UTI amongst others. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of YEN and plays the role of a mentor to the firm.

Atul Sahasrabuddhe
 
 
Mr. Sahasrabuddhe is an Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Money Markets and Derivatives expert. He was the India Head of Treasury at American Express Bank and is the former MD & CEO of ING Bank NV, India. He was also associated with the Maharaja Group, Sri Lanka as the ED and Group Treasurer. Subsequently, he was the Treasury Head at Saudi Investment Bank at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Today, he is a much sought after independent consultant in India and the Middle East.

Atul is a Chartered Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law. He is also an alumnus of the ING Business School at Heemskerk in the Netherlands. While at Amex and ING, Atul has done several short term stints at London and Singapore and also worked on special projects in London, Amsterdam, Singapore and Hong Kong.


Carl Saldanha
 
 

Carl Saldanha is a Senior Finance professional with rich management experience as a Senior Executive for 4 banks in India and the CFO of two major companies. He started his Banking career with American Express Bank and moved to the Chase Manhattan Bank where he spent 15 years. After a 4 year stint in Hong kong he returned to India and rose to become the Country Head for South Asia. During this period, Chase was the dominant player in arranging international finance for Indian corporates and Institutions through syndicated loans and other instruments. They also introduced FX and Interest rate Derivatives into the Indian market.

His next assignment was the CFO of Essar Oil which is now building one of the largest refineries in the country. He returned to banking in 1999 as the Country Head - Corporate banking for Deutsche Bank. His most recent assignment was as the CFO of Jet airways, at a time of significant expansion for the airline.He specialises in arranging large amounts of capital, managing IPO's and in particular Risk Management through derivatives.
